I'm not going to say anything about RWA's latest misguided attempt to morph into Right Wing Aunties other than I have a good laugh over the matter and the RWA really should do something like that again next year. As a reader, I really don't have much use for RWA and besides, other more romance-centered blogs have covered this matter and generated column inches about it. They care and they have passion, good for them, because I... don't.
What I am really interested in though is that Infamous Montage that keeps coming up. I really want to see it. Is it schlocky or is it well-produced? Does it have any camp value? Will anyone outside the guests of That Dreaded Reno Affair get to see it or will it be destined to become some RWA urban legend ten years from now?
If someone can get their hands on that montage and covert it into Real Media or Windows Media, put it in, say, Rapidshare, and tell everyone the URL, that will be too great for words. Anyone? Anyone at all?
Right now all I have are hearsay and really, I can't wait to see for myself this infamous Right-Wing, Pro-Christian, Racist, Misogynist, Dreadful, Distasteful, and Misguided Video for myself. I haven't lived until I see Don't Worry Be Happy playing over scenes of tragedy!
