Oh, and someone please read this book and let me know whether I should buy it?

Fiendish Pleasures by Jill Knowles

This is the part of the blurb that catches my interest (bolded by me):

Josie sees auras. It's made her invaluable in tracking the supernatural psychos stalking Franklin's Bend. She also has a thing for guys with long hair. Walker's is waist-length and sexy; she wants to bury her fingers in it, and to feel it wrap around her in indecently sensual ways. She can see from his aura that he's an unusual man. And when a murder investigation draws them together, she'll find out just how unusual he actually is.

Walker is a fiend. A very rare class of powerful demon with prehensile hair that can grip and tug and play. With his poodle Mokey, who has a secret of his own, Walker's been brought to Franklin's Bend to protect its inhabitants from supernatural mayhem. When he teams up with Josie, he'll have to put all of his talents to use--to catch a killer, and bind the woman of his dreams.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: Anal play, violence.

Does this mean that Walker is like my favorite Guilty Gear X character, Millia Rage?

Teddy -- It's probably like Angelina Jolie's in BEOWULF. (Bad movie, BTW.)

Prehensile hair? I'm trying to envision this in bed. I'm pretty sure I don't want to bed a guy whose hair can actually grab me, yet I'm almost intrigued enough to buy this book. And the poodle doesn't hurt.

Oh, if you do buy it, let me know what you think. I'm really hoping to hear some opinions before buying it myself, heh.

Denise Rosetti's Tailspin (awesome book btw) has some very inventive use of some very manly tails that almost have a life of their own. mmmm...Maybe that's what I'll do tonight, reread Gift of the Goddess and Tailspin.

As long as the hair doesn't get all medusa like, it could be kinda sexy - give new meaning to the whole 'hair brushing over my cock/chest/breasts/insert favourite bodypart here, doesn't it.
